- Don’t Dwell on Problems: While talking about your thoughts and feelings is okay, avoid excessive complaining and rehashing of problems. Shift your focus towards positive thoughts and talk about good things, too.
- Notice Good Things: Depression can distort your view of the world. Make it a goal to notice three good things every day. The more you focus on the positive, the more positive experiences you will notice.
