Week 1 - Session 1 : Building Rapport with the Client Identify the client's presenting issue to assess it, pinpoint the real issue, determine where they are now, and break down the plan for the journey of the session.
Week 2 - Session 2 : Terminology of Defining the Client's Desired State Define key terms related to mindset and the desired state of being. Help the client understand what they want to achieve and why.
Week 3 - Session 3: Setting a Goal to Achieve Long-Term Objectives Understand the components of personal responsibility (decision-making, ethical considerations). Explore different aspects of personal responsibilities in various contexts.
Week 4 - Session 4: Reframe the Challenge and Find Solutions Together to Your Responsibilities What does this challenge mean to you? What does your desired outcome look like? Who or what do you need to be to reach this goal?
Week 5 - Session 5: Embody Success Gain Confidence Make sure to model the desired behavior through your own actions.
Week 6: Session 6: The Importance of Taking Responsibility Reflect on the importance of taking responsibility for one's actions. Strategies for effective decision-making and empowerment.
Week 7 - Session 7: Self-Awareness Awareness of the Effects and Dangers of Personal Choices Direct and indirect consequences of personal decisions.
Week 8 - Session 8: Journaling Application of Personal Responsibility in Daily Life Examine real-life scenarios and practice responsible decision-making. Strategies for maintaining personal responsibility in different aspects of life.
Week 9 - Session 9: Recap the Sessions by Addressing Any Doubts or Concerns You Might Be Facing. Address the client's doubts and questions. Provide ongoing support and encouragement.
